We were removed by police from the other iOverlander spots and they recommended us to come here. There are multiple routes that lead to the beach, you should stop at half of the way if you don't have 4x4 because then it gets very sandy. We were there with 29ft Class C without problems.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
They have new signs here. It is not allowed anymore to stay here because it is a recreation area. They sent us away at 9 pm at our second day.
Report Check-InVery nice and quiet here - just a few meters from the sea! Every now and then locals come by on their motorbikes.
El Cuyo is a quiet little village with nice Cafes (try Laguna Cafe) where tourism is just beginning to awaken.
The place here is a nature reserve with breeding grounds for sea turtles - please respect nature and do not leave any rubbish or other traces! Otherwise it will probably soon be forbidden to stay here!
like Paradies, no one else here, alone, quite, dark, only waves, no shade, nobody is interested in you, we spent 8 days, nice town, we got water at the habour hielo station, we gave a tip, high pressure 21.517412, -87.685175,
