Huge area with some shade and grass. Fishermen and boat launch down a ways from the quite parking. Fishing and boat watching. Fish shops nearby in town for fresh shrimp. Stayed one night here without incident. Another RV also stayed. Fairly quiet although there was regular traffic coming and going. Picnic tables and clean portapotty. Sign indicates plans for improvements to the area.

Parfait pour passer la nuit! Site très calme. Le proprio de la maison d’ à côté nous invite à nous stationner du côté de sa propriété sur le terrain mitoyen avec le site du débarcadère. Quelques locaux viennent avec leur bateau le lendemain.
Report Check-InStayed one peaceful night. Locals came to fish throughout the evening and traffic dropped off around midnight. People started launching their boats around 5am on a Saturday. Might want to stick to parking parallel to the grass if you want to stay out of their way and sleep in.
Other review was right about the signage regarding improvements. If they keep their schedule it seems the area will become a construction zone sometime in 2023.
