Please notice that on a Sunday evening loud music could play until 2 o‘clock in the night. Very kind people around.

We can find a flat area in the parking. We met the chief of the community who welcomed us very well and allowed us to stay. The thermal baths are very nice and clean. At 6pm, they started to emptying the baths... At 8pm, a local came to ask us to move closer to the house, under the light. After asking if it was dangerous to stay here, we understood that we were the danger and that the community wanted to have a look on us... At 6am, we was waking up by a big truck which came just close to our a van and horned few times. At 8am, the workers around put very loud music (it was the same when we arrived at 5pm the day before). So we left to have a breakfast further. Maybe we were unlucky...

Good place to sleep; large parking lots.

Hot springs, good food, for 3USD it is possible to enter the hot springs and sleep in the car or tent.

Quiet night, music until 10:00 p.m .; After that time, absolute silence until 7:00 a.m. that starts the movement again.

Recommended place to rest and have a good night.

The days, especially weekends, are with a lot of people and noise; but the nights are quiet.

It was na amazing place to camping! The comunity is very friendly and we could stay as long as we wanted in the termas. During the day it is a little crowdy, but very quite at night. There are some restaurants just outside the termas, but they have table and a good place to cook also. It is open!

This place is open! Never closed it's amazing! Nice pools we paid $3 each. Slept for free in the parking lot. They close at 5 but allowed us to stay basically as late as we wanted. There are public bathrooms in the street between the parking area and the entrance. Everything is super well marked from the main road. You shouldn't get lost. Really nice people. Bring food with you. Nothing close and when we were there all restaurants closed. They also rent rooms and have some massage and natural medicine options. Highly recommended.

Big parking area in front of Shuar hot springs. Quiet at night, the springs and the few restaurants close after sunset. Parking seems to cost during the day but we didn't have to pay for the night. Restrooms are locked at night. Springs open at 6 am and we had the first hours to ourselves. Entry costs $ 3.- pp. Totally worth it.
