exiting argentina - very quick and easy. had to enter the building to do migration and aduana. took 2 min

Both directions were pretty easy. Coming back into Chile the agricultural ladies who should check vehicles were too busy giggling amongst themselves, so they barely checked anything. No check whatsoever entering Argentina.

Go have a bite to eat if you come from the ferry, so you don't arrive at the border together with everyone else.

entering argentina - arrived at 9h15 am, it took us 10 min. very superficial inspection (opened the doors)

Exiting Argentina: You do not exit your vehicle, everything is done at the booths. 1st booth Passports, 2nd Booth turn in TIP.

Really fast entrance to Argentina. We came at 7pm. We were with dogs. Did no checks in the van just waved us bye.

Chile to Argentina

On Sunday, 9am. They checked the car in front of us very thoroughly (dog in action), us they just waived through without opening the camper.

Migration and aduana super quick on both sides.

Passamos em um domingo por volta das 11:30, foi bem tranquilo, não tinha ninguém, o processo todo durou 5 minutos. Não revistam o carro, apenas deram a entrada no país.

We were here in the low season, going South, at this time the border was open between 8am and 10pm.
Almost no one around, except truck drivers. Very fast process, friendly staff, they didn't even check our car.
