Description
Cabins & Camping right at the coast. Entrance at the beach. Grassy area, palm trees and a lot of birds. Uncle Willy is the (American) boss . Cabins for rent, tent friendly and very good for parking your van ( look out for the wires at the entrance, we put them up for our 3.05 height) The tiny bridge is strong enough! There is also a 'swimming' pool. The bathroom is poor (1 old flushing toilet and a cold shower in 1 room). Very friendly en hospitable people. $10US pp/night

Camp at the beach. Busy at weekends $10 night. Lots of ants, beach volcanic coarse sand but nice to cool off in. Jorge is the man.
Report Check-InNice place to stay. We arrived at 5pm and the gates were open. William (Tican) is a friendly guy and he told us they close the place at 7pm. They have a small but clean swimming pool. They now have two showers/toilets. Direct access to the beach We paid 10USD / 5000 colones pppn.
Report Check-InArrived around 6pm and no one there/ gate locked. We didn‘t had reception so we weren‘t able to call.
Head 15min south to Camping los Mangos.
Report Check-In$10US pp/night. Nice beach and sunset view. Camping on the lawn between the house and the beach. Very welcoming and helpful owner/manager, but also quite chatty and lots of cigarette smoking. 3-4 dogs, and also a pet minature pig running free in the campground. Was good for a one night stop. Basic showers, indoor common space including kitchen is nice option if you need it, shared with manager.
