Description
Rest area that is currently closed as of Apr 2023. Looks like a large area with lights and bathrooms. Even though it is closed there is a large pull off on the side of the road to stop at. 2 bars of 5G on ATT.

Large rest area with plenty of of space for even big rigs. The highway noise was minimal so very quiet all night. We didn’t see the “no overnight parking” signs that others posted about. There are some covered picnic/bbq spots and few trees but very little shade.
1-2 bars AT&T service.

Report Check-InI don't understand why there are "no overnight parking" signs here. I figured that would be over for rest areas. I saw someone walk into the building and the light went on. Really confused... not sure if this place is close at night or open at all. Maybe it's a semi-truckers privilege to stay. They are out here...
Report Check-InWe stayed here overnight with another RV and a semi. It was quiet and felt comfortable. We didn’t go in so unsure what the building was like but it was a nice place to sleep before getting into Roswell.
