We serviced our Toyota Fortuner here and were quite satisfied. Their prices, reasonable, are all written on the wall. They let us use free wifi while we waited and we could pay with Visa card without extra fees. Running Toyota diagnostic programm and trying to fix the error during one hour was for free, but the needed part was missing. It would have taken only 1 day to receive it from Kampala main office. Recommended.

Very nice garage. Skilled mechanics. Friendly and quick service. Very fair prices. I don’t recognize previous reports. I would highly recommended this place.

We were hesitant to stop here after the last review, but opted to anyway. Stopped to get an error code read and they wanted 100,000ugx!!! If they wanted to charge 30USD just to have an error code read, imagine what the rest of the bill would be. We left immediately. Would NOT recommend. Go elsewhere for sure.

Professional looking garage for Toyota specifically but they will help with any car and motorcycle. They maintain most fancy vehicles for international companies and non profits in the area and have original spares but expect a hefty price tag. Expect to check everything though as they seem to forget the things you came in for in the first place, inflate prices for parts that they didn’t fit and generally just doing the muzungu shake down thing... unfortunately even here the same challenging dishonesty you find everywhere in Uganda. I returned three times with the same problems on my bike and it is still not fixed while paying top dollar for this, so be sure you check other garages for second opinions or rather go somewhere else. NOT recommended at all which is disappointing as they are a Toyota dealership.... when addressing this I was told I am not a good christian...so bring your bible and you will be best friends

Good general large garage, they do most things including making us a new exhaust bracket. Was recommended by a local business woman
