Description
This is 6 km from Moshi on the road to Arusha. Head down road to WeruWeru and turn right a t junction go another 200 m and it is on your left. Camping is on a grass area beside a very nice hotel with swimming pool bar restaurant etc. there are hot showers and excellent facilities. Cost $12 per person and 8000 shillings for use of pool. This is best value and a great base to explore Moshi and surrounds.

40 US Dollar for a side for two persons, not very nice, no electricity, the ablutions are ok but not very good, sharing with the staff, no great view, at the morning the diesel generator was starting- very loud, the restaurant and the bar are very good, nice and friendly staff
Report Check-InGrassaerea to camp on is Part of the Staffquartier: very noisy at night due to a huge Generator running half night long. Staff work long in the evening and starts early to be loud. For Dinner they showed us a menue with Tsh- prices. Then they charged in Dollars. When we asked to pay in Schilling they would calculate the changing-rate again. Very strange behavior... Not recomandable.
Report Check-InI can't recommend this place at all. It's now 15$ per night plus 5$ for the pool. The place was crowded with overland trucks. By far not enough facilities. Next to the campsite they burn rubbish. The wind blows the stinky and poisonous smoke over the campsite.
I wouldn't stay again.
We stayed for one night on friday. There was a wedding planned on saturday. Started building up at 07u in the morning next to our tent. 30 USD to stay for 2 persons is a lot if you dont get your rest. However maybe in weekdays it is more silent and probably nice to stay since they have a swimming pool (5usd pp)

Lots of mosquitos. No basin for dish washing. Barking dogs at night.
