Day 1 : We told them we have an issue with vibrations related to the right front wheel while driving. They said it was "rotulas" and asked to come the next day because they were to busy. No problem.

Day 2 : I insisted for them to drive the van. Then, Mauricio changed his mind and said it was the bearing. We let him the van at 9:30 and he said he will take care of everything asking us to come back at 17:30.
Lack of luck, day of match for the national football team (pretty much considered as a holiday in the entire town). When we came back, one of the mechanic said to us "Chile won !" with a big smile, and Mauricio told us to come the next day at 9:30, again.

Day 3 : we arrived at 9:30 and waited for 15 minutes more. Eventually, one of the mechanic showed up and said the garage was closed and Mauricio will arrive only at 15:30.

We chose to move away and trusted another garage instead (Autocom / Ioverlander spot "Extremely helpful", north of Iquique).

We where looking for ford's e150 shocks . Supposed to be unfindable in inquique as there is not much fords. They get it in an hour . Super friendly team !!!!!

As already mentioned by the previous writers Mauricio and his team can be considered as the best mechanics in town. I was sent to this place by other mechanics. Because we arrived after opening hours Mauricio went extra for opening the doors for us. His garage is also suitable for big rigs as it has an extra entrance at the backyard.

Best mechanic in Iquique - Mauricio and his team did an awesome and thorough job on our van. We went in to get brakes done and they did so much more, for very reasonable price. It was a totally different van when we drove away !! Highly recommended.
