This is a great choice if you’re intimidated by the parking/driving situation in Manhattan. Quiet residential street, close to a church and school. No “no” signs. 3 blocks from the Staten Island ferry terminal, where you can catch a ferry and see the Statue of Liberty during your 25-min ride to Manhattan.

We spent 3 nights there with no issue.
Neighboroud Is friendly and let us Park with no issue but they request new travellers not to stay too long or in excessive number because they need to park in their own street.
So please if you come make sure not to disturb
