Description

We parked here from Saturday until Monday over the weekend and came back at night to sleep in the Van. From what we seen the parking is free on the weekend and during the week you have to pay. Not sure what the hours are for the paid parking as we left Monday morning.

Pretty good spot. Completely free on the weekends. Extremely close to all the fun stuff and the plaza. At 8am Monday morning we were asked to leave by some ladies saying this parking is privado.

No worries. Pretty quiet and not too bright at night either

Stayed for 3 days. Closest you can get to downtown. And don’t worry the narrow, steep streets: the 8m city buses make it here, so you will as well. Payed 16 bol/day. Busy during the day, but really quiet and save at night.

Stayed 3 nights, seems safe, during the day, week days, you have to pay for parking. 2bol/h, 20bol/day.
Great place to stay beacuse it's near everything, and all streets in potosí are uphill.
We had no problem getting there with our camper, 2.2m high, 2.2m wide. 2.2L engine

it was a nightmare getting here through narrow one way over crowded streets. We have a small van and when we arrived there wasn't any room to park.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Totally empty during the night, so try to park in the 3rd row from the hotel (first two rows are reserved for the hotel).
There is some traffic during the night (that’s also why it’s wise to get closer to the hotel, otherwise you’re just parking in the middle of the whole square alone.

On weekdays cars start to arrive from 7-8am, and from 8.00am you have to pay at one of the ladies wearing orange vests.

We paid 20Bs for a whole day.

No issues.
No facilities, but you are right in the middle of the old town, everything is walking distance.

Big rigs be careful. Streets are narrow and there are a lot of low hanging cables.

We were OK with our 3m height (convert that to feet if you don’t understand the correct measurement of meters :-P )

I was park here Sunday afternoon to Monday morning. I pay 2B at Monday morning (8am) close to the city center. No facilities and a few noisy at night due to road traffic.
