Something not right?

Description

Absolutely gorgeous spot next to the Celeste river. Decent amount of room for tents or cars. No trash and very quiet night. One of our favorite places so far. There might be room for big rigs (I’m on a bike, so not sure) but it’s worth checking out.

Latest Check-Ins

Indeed quite some mosquitos and muddy when it rains but still great spot quite close to Volcan Tenorio national park (approx 20min).

Report Check-In

The road is open again. The place looks nice, but we didn't stay as there were too many mosquitos for us.

Report Check-In

Not accessible right now. Arrived by night and access is blocked by a big tree in the middle of the road… See picture.

Report Check-In

This place is beautiful. No amenities but it’s river front. We stayed 1 night and saw 2 people the whole time, both far away from us. We swam in the river and it was very refreshing but the current is a bit strong so be careful. Biggest downside is there are LOTS of mosquitos. See added pics and our social if you want to see more.

Report Check-In

Great find, perfect place to spend a night or two, right by the river. During the rainy season, we suggest staying on the upper level, since the lower level could get pretty muddy. River is great for a swim. Only issue were the mosquitoes.
