Description
New campground that's still being built. The family running the place don't speak English but the guide who helps them speaks perfectly. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a little seclusion. 200 Birr if you have your own tent, 300 for the fixed tent.
It is a little tricky to find. I recommend asking one of the locals nearby for directions. There's a dirt road just before the road drops steeply leaving arba Minch.
Shops and food about 20 minute walk.

Lovely place, nice view, friendly staff. We could use the kitchen and they let us put the tent in a platform with a roof (to cover from the rain) but there is also plenty nice grass to camp. Good for big trucks too. Nice cold shower and clean toilets.
We paid 200 birr per night for two people with our tent. You can also use the big set up tent with beds (not sure of the price of that). Manager was not there when we visited but staff contacted him on the phone and he was very nice and friendly. A friend of the manager came by and provided us information as to what to do in the town and also helped us with money exchange. Make sure to bring your own food because shops are a bit far away (20-30 minutes walk)
awesome place. Good shower and toilet. Good view down to the lake and green mountains. Electricity to charge your Devices 24/7. Owner Wonde speaks good english and even a bit german. Best place to relax after few days of cycling. His friend also helped me to exchange dollars for a better rate i could find in the city.

Report Check-InPrices start from 300 birr for a basic camping to sleeping in a lodge with private bathroom. You can use the kitchen. It has recently been set up so toilets and lodge are in good shape. The views are great!
