Very nice guesthouse !
Comfortable and nicely decorated room. There is even a small integrated kitchen.
The owner is very nice and pleasant.
Wifi is not very fast but it helps. Possibility to eat here.
300 for the room, 70 for dinner and 60 for breakfast.

Best price to quality value! It's still only 300nad for a room.
The place is located in a nice, very vivid neighborhood which gives true African vibe. Studios are nice and clean. Secure parking. We got everything we needed, including laundry service.
The owner, Imelda, is very helpful. She also runs local project supporting kids, educating and motivating them to choose the right life path. And that's another reason to choose this place for a stay!
Full disclosure: the WiFi is quite slow. It can be a bit loud in daytime but nights were quiet.
