Translation: We slept here, a quiet place at the entrance to the Paiva waterfalls, there were some stalls selling food, but they were closed due to the low season.
The road to the Cachoeira stops here and there is space to park, or if you want to pitch a tent, there is a bit of an open field nearby.
The waterfall itself is about 20 minutes down a good trail.
The nearby Mao de Deus, the Hand of God, can be visited by leaving the path near the river and crossing it by wading, following a cable across the river, then about 15 minutes up the other side of the river.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

There is no established camping site, but wild camping is of course very possible.
