Gem Village campground, right next to the KoA in WaKeeney. $35 a night FHU, cash or check only. great spot to spend the night, right next to I-70. it's also half the price of the KoA next door and it looks identical. Clean bathroom with a shower and coin-operated laundry. The owners are super nice and welcoming!

Great choice instead of KOA next door. We needed a place to stop to avoid the strong winds, have a truck camper with solar so did not need any hookups. The owner let us tuck in between two sheds to block the wind, even trimmed some branches so we fit. Charged us $10 to dry camp and $10 for use of the shower & rest room. Coin laundry. Everything was clean & well cared for. I was a happy camper!
Report Check-InSuch a lovely,quiet, and clean place to stay. The owners are so nice and welcoming. I only used the electric but there is a water hookup also. So glad I read someone else’s review and tried it.
