Threaded spigot by water fountains and right next to parking lot. Could fill a tank if you have a hose.

Water spigot has a lock now. Cannot use it, we were able to get a bit of water from the fountain next to it.
Report Check-InI waited till all the dog walkers left. Park ranger showed up around 7:30. Glad I was done before they got here. Would have been awkward.
