Huge space, fairly level. Open to the sky for satellite use, solar coverage is solid towards the middle of the space, you get shadows on the edges. Not far from highway 44 so there is road noise but it quiets down through the night. Signs of campfires but NO fire rings. We stayed 3 days and didn't have any problems.
