Quiet, right up next to the lake. Had the place to myself from 9pm-10am. Small chance you might be told to move on because of the entrance sign but seems to be a rare occurrence.Report Check-In
Looks like signs must have gone up in the last week. "Park closes at 10pm, No overnight camping". I'd assume the rest of the parks in the area say the same but haven't checked.Report Check-In
superbe place sur le bord de la route dans un quartier résidentiel
petite plage, espace pour 5 à 6 véhicules idéalement van. on s,est baigné et fait du paddle.
Updated the geo-coordinates. Quiet place right on the lake. As previous Overlandeder mentioned, no signs prohibiting overnight parking. A little noisy in the morning as it’s close to the road, but it’s not a major road so no inconvenience for us. We stayed in our Sprinter w no issue.Report Check-In
Right next to Okabena Lake! We backed up our promaster van and had a direct view of the lake. This park is small. More like a wayside rest with a dirt parking lot, tiny beach area, bench and trash bin. Probably too small for big rigs. There are 10 parks around this lake, some of them with big parking lots. No parking signs are posted clearing in areas they don’t want you to park. Otherwise, everything else seems to be fair game. We checked the ordinances and it said “no vehicle can be in the same spot for more than 24 hrs.” This spot is quiet and lovely. When we arrived at 8pm, there were some people with their dogs enjoying the little beach and water. Then, we had the spot to ourselves all night. We left the next morning.Report Check-In
