So we were looking for a place to park our truck camper for the day and ended up stumbling across this parking lot. It’s $70 for 24 hours, and that’s your only option, so we decided to stay the night. Happy we did as it’s really close to the centre of Quebec City, and it was fairly quiet at night for so close to the centre.
WORD OF WARNING:
The camper next to us had two very snazzy push-bikes stolen from their bike carrier overnight whilst they were sleeping inside the van. I would strongly recommend making sure any valuables be locked up as if it’s happened here once, I’m sure it will happen again.

We were looking for a place to stay that would be convenient to visit family and the old Quebec village. We stayed in our 25 foot/8 metre motorhome in early June. We dont need facilities. This location was perfect 10 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac and many restaurants. Although there were trucks going to the grain elevators throughout the day, the parking lot was relatively quiet. We arrived on a Saturday night and there were 20 VRs lined up against the marina side of the lot. There were still many places to park on the street side. There were 3-5 VRs during the week. It was easy to find (best coordinates) and pay with Flowbird. There are no services. The lot is level and unpaved. Theres a good ATT signal while roaming on Rogers and good Verizon while roaming on Telus.

Nous recherchions un endroit o sjourner qui serait pratique pour visiter la famille et le vieux village de Qubec. Nous avons sjourn dans notre camping-car de 25 pieds/8 mtres dbut juin. Nous n'avons pas besoin d'installations. Cet emplacement tait parfait - 10 minutes pied du Chteau Frontenac et de nombreux restaurants. Mme s'il y avait des camions qui se rendaient aux lvateurs grains tout au long de la journe, le stationnement tait relativement calme. Nous sommes arrivs un samedi soir et il y avait 20 VR aligns contre le ct marina du terrain. Il y avait encore beaucoup de places pour se garer du ct de la rue. Il y avait 3 5 VR pendant la semaine. C'tait facile trouver (meilleures coordonnes) et payer avec Flowbird. Il n'y a pas de services. Le terrain est plat et non pav. Il y a un bon signal ATT en itinrance sur Rogers et un bon Verizon en itinrance sur Telus. We camped at Bassin Louise RV Parking Lot in a Motorhome.

A large parking lot for RV’s to park. There are no hook ups but it’s as close to Quebec City you are going to get. A bike ride away from old Quebec. Great views of the harbor. $70 Canadian 24hr
