Description

Lot just outside Nature Reserve is quiet and peaceful with plenty of space for several van lifers. Good for an overnight stopover, next to lovely hike through Nature preserve and visitor center, not far from TransCanada Highway. Lot inside reserve closes at dusk. There are toilets and water at the nature center and on trails but only available dawn to dusk.

Latest Check-Ins

No issues spending the night here. Peaceful apart from a few cars and someone coming to close the reserve gates at around 11pm.

Report Check-In

The parking lot in front of the reserve was completely empty and the toilets were unfortunately also closed. Opening hours approx. 10am-4pm was written on the door.

We felt safe there, virtually no traffic. Every now and then we heard birds, cows or cars. Very quiet there.

We can recommend it.

had no issue spending 1 night here, still no signs. our 170 sprinter is pretty much the longest you can fit in the parking spots here

Report Check-In

Very nice quiet spot with very few people passing by. Somebody comes at 11pm to close the doors and open them again verly early in the morning 5 or 6 am). The guy who came in the morning put the music very very loudly in his car - we guess he wasn't very happy about us being here. Another RV parked here that night.
When we arrived at 7pm the building with the washrooms was already closed.

Report Check-In
