Venezuela
Seems like these days gasoline is available 24/7 here at this station and they didn’t have a queue or number plate system while I was there. But, it wasn’t the case in Merida or San Cristobal or El Vigia. There still gasoline shortage and queques over there. $0.50 per liter.
Either way if you find yourself in a queue, just go ahead and talk to the guard about you being a travelers and that should usually help you skip the queue.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
No diesel here, only gasolina, expected in a few days
Report Check-Inthe fuel situation changes every day in Venezuela. When we were here the gasoline would arrive every three days in town and it would finish in half an hour so no chance to get it from petrol stations. Ask around and you will find someone that sells it in jerry cans, we found it for 1$ a litre.
In general the more you get closer to the borders the harder it gets to find fuel. We had no problem in Caracas and in the centre of the country
