Local street food!! They sell tortillas and bolones, typical from Ecuador, and they are very tasty, many flavors to choose (yuca, choclo, platano maduro o verde, etc.), some of them are filled with cheese. Very cheap 60cent each!! The only place we found in Cuenca selling tortillas. You can eat here or buy to go. It's called "cafeteria paolita" and it we saw a lot of local people buying here.

Comida callejera local! Tortillas y bolones, son tipicas de Ecuador y son riquisimas, varios sabores para elegir (choclo, yuca, platano verde o maduro, etc.) algunas rellenas con queso. Muy baratas, desde 60 centavos cada una. El unico lugar en Cuenca donde venden tortillas. Podes comer ahi o comprar para llevar. Mucha gente local comiendo aca, se llama "cafeteria paolita".
