Description
Perfect place to stay. We went to all the other places registered but none of them turned out to be good options.
Luckily then we found this place. It’s a guarded truck stop with closed gates (NO HEIGHT OR WIDTH RESTRICTION).
Very clean toilets and showers (cold water, but that’s ok here), open air restaurant with good food.
Lots of space. Perfect for big rigs too.

This parking lot is huge and is as described. The mall next door has a big supermarket which was great to stock up on fruits and veggies after crossing the border from Ecuador.
We met Juan, the owner or perhaps manager of the restaurant and he was fine with us parking right in front of the nice bathrooms for the night. A cool shower is available too which was a huge bonus! He asked for $10 S for 2 adults in a van. There’s an electrical outlet in the shower so we plugged in for the night.
It’s a bit noisy at night but overall a great spot for a night.
This place is a good option for camping in a vehicle. Yes, it’s a dirt lot, but it’s flat and there’s a really modern mall next door where you can buy groceries and home goods, and even see a movie in Spanish (good way to get out of the heat). The restaurant is also really good and there are fast food options at the mall if you prefer them. We have a loud air conditioner in the van so we didn’t even notice any noise. The bathrooms at the restaurant (that you can use even if you don’t go to the restaurant) are nice. Didn’t look at the shower.
Report Check-InNice spot, clean bathrooms in the restaurant but the showers are in other place and a little dirty but the water is very good cold. Is 10 soles by car night but you can negotiate the price
Report Check-InGreat place to sleep. Nice restaurant and bar. Very clean new toilets but the showers are falling apart. Looks like a truck hit the showers. Price per vehicle is 10 Soles for a night and 10 Soles for a day. Traffic noise is not to bad considering you are right in town.
