Description
We were vaguely told this road is closed until 1800 daily for roadwork. The person did not state when it would close in the mornings. If it is like other roadworks, it closes at 7, with it open 12-13. This is spectator, the worker was not wanting to talk with us.
This is west in the direction Mugarb -> Khorogh.
