Great spot for the night on the right side of the road. Across from some apartments. No “no” signs and can fit a big rig if there’s not a lot of people parked. It’s now 7:30p and there’s about 30 ft in front of me.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Spots closer to the coast now have no camping signs just about everywhere so came here just after sunset. One other camper parked in front of us. Right outside of an apartment complex so left around 7 when people started getting up for work. Fine for a night.
Report Check-InBeen staying in the area for 2 weeks now. Pretty much anywhere in Mendocino or For Bragg is fine. Just obey any signs. Most businesses do not allow camping. I spoke to FB police. As long as you're not in the same spot for more than 72 hours straight you're fine.
Report Check-InFelt a little slanted, but tolerable. Not the best option, but felt a little safer than Safeway. No one else camping here.
Report Check-InIt’s not level- atleast it feels slightly slanted from how things act inside my van. Haven’t had any trouble last night, one other person camping in front of me.
I prefer this semi-incognito set up instead of the very bare open thing the skunk train parking lot has. Hopefully the residents will continue to be chill, I honestly wouldn’t park a long RV here, that would just piss people off. Go to the skunk train lot for that
