turn off across from Albert Canyon brake check. East bound traffic only. Follow road for approx 2 km, go under train track. It is on the right hand side before the bridge. Large site. it is a ways from the highway and tracks, and with the noise of the river it makes for a good sleep.

Really nice Spot a bit away from the highway. Also really quiet. We stayed one night with our 25‘ feet camper. We were alone but it would be Space for mabey one or two other camper.
Report Check-Infantastic spot. so easy to get to with previous user directions. the river is so soothing to fall asleep to. felt safe.
Report Check-InTurning is right opposite the rest/chain area. Only accessible east-bound. Follow the road for a good couple KM under the bridge and left at the buildings to get to the bridge spot. Signal was pretty weak, only 1 bar and I spotted a bear about 100m up river in the morning so be aware of that
Report Check-InAs described, but easy trip in. Road was decent. Possibly been graded. We lost cell service as soon as we headed down the hill (and GPS stopped working) but picked it back up after we got there. Go to the bottom, follow the road and turn off to the right just before the bridge.
River was swift and definite heads up with our 4 and 5 year old kids. Gentle next to sandy/stoney beach but gets pretty swift not far out (6' give or take). Watch little ones but enjoy the peace and river sound.
There is some strange building possibly an old facility of some kind... maybe a heli-skiing lodge or something to do with the railway...not sure, that has power (lights on building), but there was no traffic in or out of the place the whole time we were here.
There's quite a bit of train traffic and noise, but if you camp close enough to the river, it drowns it out nicely.
