Beautiful plateau looking over the mountains. Quiet and peaceful. A lot of space. Road uphill is rough. You don’t need 4wd, but many potholes. Worth it!!! Many spot near trail marker. A few have official and non-official fire pits. Find a spot and relax (: .
Many overnight van lifers, etc, out here.

The road is rough to get up, but we did it in a pickup truck with a slide in camper. We did use 4WD but you don’t necessarily need to. We drove 200ft past these coordinates to a larger clearing with a brown sign on it.
The view was incredible. We tried to walk to the water but it looks like it’s on private property. It was pretty windy in the evening/morning but that kept the bugs away!
Make sure to keep food/soaps/cosmetics in your car to keep bears away :)
Report Check-InWonderful spot at the top of the hill. We made it up with 2WD 4Runner. There are a few spots tucked into trees near the trail sign. We went up the hill as a few people had those. The hill at the top has a few pits where fires use to be on the corners. Great little spot. The top of the mountain is spectacular. Keep going down the road and stay left, some of the houses and private property are pull offs on the right. Most of them have sign with cameras on them stating private drive.
Report Check-InLarge clearing on top of a hill with beautiful views of the mountains. Up a mildly sketchy steep dirt road & super windy even if you park in the trees. 1-3 bars Verizon 4g
Report Check-InWas a nice place close to the east side of Glacier. The road is pretty shitty at the beginning but our 2wd low clearance van made it up just fine. Lots of space.
Report Check-InVery windy! So I drove just a little bit and found a tucked away spot in the trees. Still windy, but gorgeous.
Report Check-InWas not able to drive more than 200 yards with my travel trailer. No need for 4x4 but you do need clearance and my trailer did not have enough.
Report Check-InAbsolutely amazing place! 4wd not needed when dry. The first part is rough, but even with a normal camper doable.
Report Check-InBeautiful plateau looking over the mountains. Quiet and peaceful. A lot of space. Road uphill is rough. You don’t need 4wd, but many potholes (just for expectation). Worth it!!!
