You often read and hear about 'real' Italian wood fire pizza. I've been disappointed countless times in Latin America by soggy terrible pizza. And I won't say this is the best or the only 'real' pizza, but it comes close. The place doesn't look special, but when do pizzerias in Italy ever look good? It's off the main drag in a quiet street but they do really have a wood oven and the crust is very very good, as are the rest of the ingredients. Cerveza bien fria...what else could you wish for?
