Big parking lot, view on the ocean and PEI, picnik tables, out house toilets, non-drinkable water stations, access to a red sand beach. we have slept there one night, we were alone but during the day a couple of people come by. very quiet and peaceful, a nice view and big apples trees everywhere. nobody came to tell us we couldnt sleep here - but note there is a No Camping sign.

Well kept and quiet park with apples! spent the night with another van here and was not disturbed and no visitors, however there is a No Camping sign. Perhaps only use off season and be respectful of length of stay.
