Just street parking, but thought is was worth adding as there's not much on here for Managua. Decent spot on a wide road alongside a nice park, fairly quiet even on. a Saturday night once the sports folk had stopped being sporty on the court, nice and shady under the trees and not much through traffic. And decent free WiFi, hurrah.
No idea about facilities, though a couple of roads away is a Casa del Cafe which is open till 9 and pleasant to sit and tech in (their guard also invited me to overnight in the car park when I asked for recommendations of places to stay, which I did and had a lovely quiet night, so that could also be an option if you prefer a guarded place).

Spent 1 night in our van, very quiet, nice houses around, mexican restaurant nearby, the park is a bit dirty but has very good open wifi.
