This place is no longer available for overnight parking per a city ordinance according to the person at the hotel lobby. We were unable to spend the night here.
Report Check-InDay parking for RV $5 for each space you take up. we backed it up so half was hanging over rather grass at the back and therefore just taking 1 space, they were happy with this.

Report Check-InChecked in with the front office and they said they’re no longer allowed to host overnight parking. They said the police wouldn’t allow it any more.
Report Check-InRiver bend hotel parking lot before the main parking lot on the Left. Few cars as it is off season. $5.00 for RV parking or off season $3.00 parking. 31’ class c with a tow car. Plenty of room.
Report Check-InWe were the only car in the lot since it was off season. We paid the 3 dollars inside the hotel and were all set for the night! Nice river right beside the lot.
Report Check-InOf season in Helen, the Blue Ridge Mountains village with "a touch of Bavaria": the big additional parking slots are empty. We could stay for 3 $ the night. Quite and safe.
