Filled my US-plated motorcycle at the local price. There was a little confusion/hesitation when he asked for my plate number, but then he did it without any other questions.

I gave the attendant a 3Bs tip. 👍🏻

Filled up 30 liters straight to the tank. He tried to register our tag, said he couldn't find it, and then we asked for the service without receipt. He said 'sure'. We left him some change for his kindness.

Filled at local price straight to tank. O an travelling with a Bolivian national though do can't comment on how it's have fared solo. We did go the sin factura route and the guy didn't seem to care in the slightest.

No problem to refill jerry can at local price. We refill two time our two jerry cans. The guy from the station said "as much as we wanted", he was very nice, we left him a tip. We directly parked on the other side of the wall, so cameras can't see you. (if you are coming from the highway it's just before the station.)
No water here(and in all the village) too dry in this season.

Cameras have been installed, offered to fill jerry cans for local price but direct into the tank would be at tourist price.
