This is a large fairly level spot next to the creek just past the snow park on the right, it is National Forest land. It is big-rig friendly but the road is a little bumpy and not level so higher clearance is recommended but if you are too tall you may have issues and may want to stay in the snow park area instead. Multiple rigs can fit in this area, no Verizon, I got 1 bar ATT. There is a little bit of noise from the highway so you can go further back on this road and find spots that are quieter, there is another next to the creek before you cross the bridge and another on the right a little ways past the bridge. No fires allowed currently. I would definitely spend multiple nights here if I had the time, great proximity to Crater Lake! Toilets are not at this pin, they are down the road around the corner a bit. Still within walking distance.

Very pleased with this spot. Got here on a Sunday night, we were the only people. Very quiet, pretty flat. Summer time next to water, there were definitely a decent amount of mosquitoes but not super unmanageable
