Thank you to the two other check-ins for recommending this hostal. We only just arrived, but it's exactly what we needed after a brutal day of driving. The proprietor is wonderful, the room is large, and the entire place is clean and welcoming. The showers were wonderfully hot with strong water precious and dinner was delicious and a mountain of food. We paid 100bos each for a private room with en suite and 30bos each for dinner. And there was wifi which was unexpected and a great perk. Well worth it! Abraham, the proprietor, could not have been more friendly.

Simple but very clean salt hotel. For a couple, we paid 41 USD for the night with private bathroom and hot meal in the evening.
We were travelling by bike. Excellent stopover for bike travellers. The bikes were housed inside the hotel and the owner helped me clean them after our trip to the Salar d'Uyuni.

HOSTAL QUISSAL recently renovated all rooms. There is no sign but you can ring the buzzer of a red door. Beautiful salt hotel. A room with shared bathroom is 50BO pp and if you want a private bathroom you pay 100BO pp. They have hot showers, two sockets in the room. We could bring our bicycles in the room. Behind the gate is room for motorcycles as well. We paid 30BO pp for 2 course lunch, same price for diner and you have different options for breakfast 10BO pp for basic breakfast (butter, jam and egg plus bread) and 25BO pp for more extensive version (including juice, cheese and ham). They also washes our clothes (pay per kg). Definitely recommend as a place after the Salar to rest and then start the Ruta de las Lagunas!
