Something not right?

Description

Great little spot for cyclists away from the road, out of sight and with some great views down the valley all the way to Orizaba in the distance. We had a quiet night - minimal traffic, no bugs, great views, very peaceful. Vehicles wont be able to reach this spot - there isn't a track. Good TelCel signal.

Going towards Puebla, leave the road to the right at the big tree and walk approx 100m away from the road (an easy walk - no fences / cacti / dense bushes...) - you'll find a wide shallow sunken part with less rocks which is great for a tent.

FYI there is an excellent bakery and shops in the village approx 1km down the hill and this was a nice route to take into Puebla - quiet, scenic and good road surface.

Enjoy & keep it clean!

Latest Check-Ins

Camped here twice in the past two weeks coming and going on a trip through Chiapas. I'm moto camping. Access to the area from the road is easy. But there really is no privacy from the road unless you head down the hill which is what I've done.

I recommend it as there is not many spots in this area on IOverlander.
