We have a rooftop tent and camping at the nearby Villa Nueva campground in the municipal park was not an option. Right outside of town, there is a dirt road along the river with various places to camp. We saw one local family camping. The locals dump refrigerators and other large items here, so it's not idyllic, but there are some clean spots. Some road noise but not bad for a night. Access is under a bridge with clearance of about 2.5 meters.

could not even go Down the road because to get in it you have to pass under a train rail Wich is really low. You can only go through with a car
Report Check-InQuiet and beautiful spots right next to the river. At the entrance it's dirty but if you go further you will have access to several small sandy spots.
The river is ok for bathing!

Ok camping here. There is a lot of garbage around indeed but it's possible to find a nice spot. We liked it
