This guesthouse is on a new location. It is a new building, open since two months. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. With our without private bathroom. 1000 som pp without, 1500 som pp with private bathroom and breakfast. Nice hot shower. WiFi is fast.

We paid 1500 Som per person after negotiating, which included breakfast and access to a shared bathroom. They have private parking. The breakfast was simple and unremarkable. Each bed had only one sheet, no pillowcases, and no blankets, so we were cold at night. The shared bathroom was unclean, and the bedroom did not have air conditioning.
