Great little spot just off the I95. Flat ground with fire ring. Decent cell service with AT&T.

Report Check-InNice spot to stop for the night along the river. Seemed like 3 spots total, but spread out. Sadly found quite a bit of trash. Far enough off the main road it was quiet and felt very safe.
Report Check-Ingreat little spot. if you look on satellite view you can see there are three little prongs reaching out to the river.
arrived around 5pm and could see people at the closest (southernmost) spot. turned north for about 45 seconds drive to the second spot and backed my truck camper down. pretty straight shot, you could back a trailer in pretty easily. no room to turn around so you're either backing in or out.
got a bit buggy as the sub went down but nothing serious. this prong had a fire ring.

Report Check-InSo glad I found this place, I’m the only one here. Backed my truck/camper down from the dirt road onto the levy that sticks out into the river. Very nice place to lay over for one night. It’s February so it’s not hot and no bugs in the afternoon, I may update that comment when the sun goes down. There’s even a sand bottom piece of beach. The current is very swift, they must be dumping lots of water upstream. Military fighter jets are doing their thing high up, but fun to watch. Lots of birds here, land and waterfowl. If clothing optional is your thing, I bet you could do it here it’s so secluded, except for an occasional boat passing by. For free you can’t beat this place. Any vehicle can park here, I see no trash or broken glass. A big thumbs up!
