Nice place ! We spend a day and a night here. There is a huge dry riverbed, with plenty of little and medium-sized trees, so you can find a little shade. You can go further in the riverbed (more or less according to your car, it can be very rocky) to find a good spot close to the trees or to even be truly isolated in the middle. The place is rather beautiful.
The access is easy for any kind of vehicule. You are far from the road and any human presence : it's very quiet and it felt safe. We only saw a tractor going down the riverbed during the day and coming back during the night.
I think it's not a good idea to go to the riverbed during the rainy season, but you can stop just before.

Really beautiful place, very quiet and wonderful szenery. Maybe we didn't find the easy entrance, but you would at least need high clearance to get there, while the most problematic part was shortly after leaving the road to Uyuni.
