Unfortunately not possible to drive down anymore, a large cut and fallen tree blocks the entrance for cars (probably on purpose)

only entrance is rough, but after the drop, there is a large space lakefront.

Nice spot by the lake. We had a beautiful sunset and a quiet night here. Only go down if you have a 4x4 (going up is harder than going down and might even require a rear diff lock when it’s raining). Right beside the road, but there are some trees to block the view and there is little traffic during the night. Some flat spots to park your vehicle or pitch your tent. Not a lot of trash, but unfortunately a lot of TP and feces. Depending on the wind direction, you might get a urine smell as well.

Really nice spot facing the lake with an amazing view on the sunset.

The small beach is still quite wide and can probably welcome 3 different groups without them bothering each other.
A family of chileans was at the other end of the beach when we arrived at 6pm and spent the evening until 10pm, after that we were totally alone and could even lit a small fire (a dedicated area already existed 😉).

It is however next to a quite busy road, but the traffic really slowed down between 10pm and 8/9am so did not bother us at all.

What a great spot! We found this site late last night once the sun had already set. The entrance, as others have noted, is a bit steep and bumpy. A vehicle with decently high clearance should do just fine, just go slowly! It was very quiet last night and there was no one else here. In the morning, some street noise started around 7:30-8 AM.

Overall a great spot to spend the night, though again as others have noted it seems it might be a local weekend hangout spot, so keep that in mind. We didn’t see any trash etc., and the lake is right alongside to take a dip or enjoy the view.

Nice place to put up a tent. Good for bicyclists.

Beautiful quite place directly at the beach. Good for 4x4 because of the entrance and tents.
Definitely recommended! Stayed here two nights.
Keep the place clean.

beautiful place for tents and cars but the entrence is really rough to go in. especially in wet weather, wouldnt go down without a 4x4!
