Description

Super hip, outdoorsy hotel that also has several "Van Posts" where small to mid sized rigs can overnight and have access to power and amenities. I'd suggest no longer than 25ft. Definitely not designed for trailers. But if you fit the target audience, it's great.

When we stayed it was $30/night, which gave access to a flat parking spot, 15a power post, restrooms with shower (and hotel towels!), pool and hot tub, WiFi, communal indoor and outdoor spaces with fire pit and tables, and FREE LAUNDRY! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

No water or dump station, but there's free water at the Maverick down the street and free dump at the Maverick on the other end of town.

Other downsides are you're sleeping in a parking lot, might be directly side-by-side with other vans, and there's some noise from the main road.

love this place! Free laundry (detergent and dryer sheets free as well during our stay), showers with hotel towels, toilets, and ping pong table and gear shop inside.

A great spot to reset or stop over. At $33.76 total, the value is good if you use the amenities. Otherwise, it’s just an uncovered spot in a hotel parking lot next to the highway. There is a 15a outlet at each spot. We didn’t need to use it. I’m not sure if they share service across the outlets that could limit your actual charging amperage.

Hot tub and pool were great. Fire pit is nice and big. Showers were OK. On par with a high end gym + nice towels included, but one drain was backing up and gross. They were fixing it when we left. Also, ran out of towels at night. There are two showers shared across 7-8 total van spots, so there was some waiting involved. There are two extra toilets inside the hotel.

The free laundry almost paid for the night. Laundry machines are new and nice Speed Queen units. No wrecked clothing. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole hotel. We had no problems, but the place was far from busy.

The parking is right by the freeway and quite noisy, but traffic dies down at night to reasonable level.

There are trash and recycling dumpsters and bike wash as well. Understandable that they don’t have a dump station but a grey water drain would be nice. There’s no where to do dishes really.

Theres a water bottle fill station at the showers. There’s also a water spigot at the bike wash that is ok to use. Unsure if it’s potable.

An overall gem among basic and overpriced Moab campgrounds for any <~25 ft vehicle. I would come back.

If you are in Moab you NEED to check this place out! Such a great location just off Main Street and also very convenient to arches! Nice bathrooms with showers, fresh water hookups, games inside. Whenever we come back to Moab we will be staying here.

Previous descriptions are accurate. We planned to stay one night but the weather forced us to stay. This is van life paradise if you only need 15amp service. We were the only ones there. $29 per night plus tax gets you elect, immaculately clean showers including towels, wi-fi, free laundry including detergent, a hot-tub, pool, fire pit, dog friendly. Staff is knowledgeable about the area and very helpful.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Other than some road noise (honestly not bad) it’s amazing. Tons of amenities, right in town, and the staff is extremely friendly. I found the place on Hipcamp. Highly recommend staying here especially if you want to be in town and don’t have 4wd to get out to some of the cool remote spots! Well worth the price.

I liked this place. Good value. With room tax (on the van space) 🥵 it was $32.00. All the amenities were nice, and while it rained my van sat and got fully charged and l enjoyed the hot tub. Not the picturesque spot next to a river, but an excellent option for a rainy day.
