Description

WE ARE THE LAST DRIVEWAY ON THE ROAD WITH A BLUE METAL GATE. Located right on the beach, we provide access to 3.5 miles of beach to the north, and level camping areas right on the Caribbean. $15 USD /$30 BZD per night per unit. Private outdoor cold water shower, sink and WC (Rain water). Laundry available at $10/load, line dry. A natural well is available with a pump/buckets. Black water dump available $10 BZD. Suggest calling ahead for directions and to ensure we're in to greet you/open the gate, especially on the weekend when our staff is off and we may be off site. 501-673-4211 cell or WhatsApp.
Note that we are totally "off grid". We're happy to provide power and water as the sun and sky provide, but cannot promise either as a certainty.
Please know that Digi has no signal along most of the Coastal Highway at this time. Only Smart signal reaches our location consistently.
Our biggest rig to date has bee a 10m long 4 m high 6x6 MAN truck. We also cater to smaller rigs on two wheels and can provide water and other supplies that are difficult to carry on a motorcycle.
We are pet friendly and have two dogs on site.
Along the entire coast, sand flies (noseeums, midges) are an issue when the wind is calm and the moisture levels are right. Our location is no exception. We can supply coils to burn ($2 BZD) and bug lotion (Coconut and neem oil mix, 100% organic, $5 BZD) if needed.

Great spot. Stayed few meters from The water. Cool sea wind. Enjoyed our stay Will definitly come back again

Report Check-In

The place was nice and the owners were very friendly too. We had already paid for two nights in advance so we stayed that long. But we would have preferred to leave earlier because the owners' two dogs wanted to attack us at least once a day. Even if we were just sitting in front of our van. It must also be said that the dogs are not exactly small.

One night stay stay close to the water, no sand flies while we were there. Kid friendly. We were the only guests, but room for a few other rigs. Not many places like this on the Belize coast to feel secure next to the sea. Clean bathroom and shower and great owners make it worth a stop even without the views. Paid $30bzn. Would definitely come back.

Great small camp with wonderful bathrooms and shower. We could park our Sprinters in the palms right on the beach. It was amazing! $30 ($15USD) to camp and the Canadian owners are really great and nice. Overall a wonderful experience.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Friendly Canadian hosts. Unfortunately it was infested with sandflys when we were there. Impossible to stay outside and they even find a way to enter the camper…
30Bz for the night + 10Bz for dump.

Very very nice place. Here you can find peace and quiet on the dream beach 3 meters from the sea. We made it there with front wheel drive without any problems. I think the owners would help if you get stuck.

Ralph and Christina have designed and created a pristine spot right at the Carribean Coast. They offer serveral camping places as well as a beautiful self catering unit. There are sand flies but when a breeze blows and you use some Mossie cream and coils it's ok. Ask Christina if you have a load of washing to be done and check out the marvelous washing line with its systems. I just loved it. Your Canadian hosts have a lot of local knowledge to offer, what places to go to and see as well as information about flora as fauna and where the local cuisine is best. Another gem Ralph has built is the neat and tidy outhouse with a cold shower with good pressure. The property is off grid, with solar for electricity and only rain water, so be conscientious with your water usage. There is no sign post, drive until the end of the road to the turquoise gate, that's them. And come fully stocked, as no shops anywhere close and you might stay longer than you planned. We paid B$ 30 per night for 2 in our roof tent and Landy. We can definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful. Ralph and Christina have carved out a little piece of bliss on the Caribbean Sea. They have several flat spots nestled in the trees to overland camp. Very limited for large RVs or the huge overlanding rigs so call ahead. You will also find an awesome little toilet/shower room. The property is totally off grid with rain water catchment system so please be considerate of water use. 2-bar 3G and good Starlink service. Beautiful deck and soon a brand new Cabana to rent. Look for the gray gate at what is currently the end of the road.

We are open again and have completed our shower/RV building for our RV guests! We've also cleared some more trees to improve access to some spots for larger rigs.

Report Check-In

A wonderful spot. Ralph and his wife (sorry I never got your name!) are great hosts. They have a beautiful spot on the beach. The property is well maintained and manicured. They have a nice seating area to enjoy the sea breeze. Views of the night sky are absolutely amazing. The road in is approximately 7 kms long and is dirt and potted. However, the road is hard and stable and our converted shuttle bus (not 4 wheel drive or off-road) made it with out any trouble. Slow and steady will get you there. Enjoy the adventure and scenic views. Follow the road all the way to the end where it bends to the right, towards the sea and that's the spot. No signage yet but it's there, despite what locals passing by may tell you lol. I would go back again.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Hosts were super welcoming, brought me fresh coffee in the morning and helped find and fit parts for my camper. Highly recommend this site. They have a flush toilet you can use and laundry service. Small cabin also available to rent. Five stars.

Great place with fantastic hosts, brought me fresh coffee in the morning and helped fix my van. They have a cabin for rent and campsites right on the beach. My dog was more than welcome.

Spent 3 nights in my Class C right on the beach at this lovely piece of paradise. Ralph and Christina are easy to be around and genuinely nice people. Resourceful and gallant, Ralph even changed my fuel filter and helped me out of the sand with his handy winch. I felt safe and cared for even while enjoying absolute privacy. Swimming in the sea then showering outside on the deck was exactly what you’d hope for in a quiet ocean front getaway. Make sure you have all your supplies and water with you then just prepare to relax. I visited the small village of Gales Point on my way out and had delicious lunch at Jozzie’s Place where you should call ahead if possible so they can plan for you.

A nice calm and relaxing place to rejuvenate on your adventure

Report Check-In

What a beautiful place. From the arrival until our departure after 2 nights, we felt very welcomed here. If you want to spend a quiet day, or two on a private beach, this is the place. You can park as far or as close as you want to the water, use the deck for relaxing on a lounger and have a refreshing outside shower after swimming. The drive from the highway is a bit bumpy here and there, but easy to do. Some lower branches on the last 300 meters, but we made it through with our 3.65 m high camper.
