Great spot, right outside of Twin Falls. Pulled in at dusk and got a spot for the night. Going to Shoshone falls in the morning then heading on our way.
Report Check-InHeaded to Yellowstone and found a free campsite ! 13 spots on a Friday night still had spots available! Picnic table and fire ring at site as well as outhouse bathrooms.
Report Check-InAll spots were full so we pulled into the side of the equestrian area. Very nice place to stop.
Report Check-InCool spot! Super windy being on top of the ridge, but tucked back off the wide from traffic and had lots of spots for campers of all sizes. Sites each had a picnic table and fire pit. Vault toilet was clean and well stocked with toilet paper.
Report Check-InVery nice free campground just across the gorge from Twin Falls. About a dozen level gravel sites, about two-thirds filled on this Saturday night during shoulder season. Pit toilets. Good Verizon signal. A short walk south across the road and along the ATV tracks to breathtaking views of the gorge.
Report Check-InGreat free spot to stay near Twin Falls. One pit toilet in the camping loop and another near the entrance. Pretty wide open, no shade or anything. Service seemed fine on Verizon. Very quick drive into Twin Falls and close to the Snake River Canyon. A lot of open spaces when we went, typically around 5 sites taken each night.
