This was such a dope spot(s)! I arrived late (after midnight) & there were many rvs but plenty of room. I was so tired I just picked the first spot & it def wasn't level. I assumed they were all like that until morning when I saw they weren't so I moved up about 15ft & spent the day by the beach.

It's a pretty busy spot, understandably so, but it wasn't overwhelming.

there is a closed gate entering the Forest road to this spot due to vandalism. couldn't get in. similar gates all along this road, not sure if they are permanently closed.

No overnight parking! A officer knocked on my door around 6:30am. Said it's OK to park 1/2 a mile north of this spot. However there are signs saying no parking between 10pm - 5am. He gave me a warning but said the ticket has a fine of $500. This was the nicest officer to ever knock on my door. Please be respectful of any place you park, leave no trace, leave places better then you found them! To many places are being shut down because of disrespect.

Great road spot right next to the beach. Parked from about 5pm to 7am and were never bothered. There’s no “no camping” signs either.

Stayed one night, showed up around 8:30pm after driving all day. Drove along the beach back and forth for a while before we decided on a spot, lots of spots, lots of other people in vans and motorhomes. Some spots have no camping signs, some don’t. Did not get bothered at all slept in till around 8:30-9:00. Would recommend.

Beautiful pull off along the beach on Ocean rd. Public bathrooms at visitor center nearby. Did not see any No Overnight Parking signs. Slept and cooked here peacefully with no issues. Beach campfires at night with amazing sunset. Dream spot please keep it clean!
