Big area with view over Quetzaltenango. It‘s close to the cerro quemado where a lot of people go for praying.
We had a quite night. It got a little cold up there.
It’s a little trashy at the one side of the area.

Latest Check-Ins
We stayed here for a couple days while climbing cerro quemado. Big grassy area that stayed mud free despite some heavy rains. It was nicer and quieter than staying in the parking areas further in town. He charged us 10q per night per van. Access from here to the cerro quemado climbing cliffs was easier either walking the .8 km up the road or driving and parking in one of the big lots and hiking up from there. One day we tried to hike in from the soccer field and couldn’t make it to the climbing cliffs easily.
