This campground is on a massive expanse of open meadows with a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s right next to the Columbia river. There are walk in tent sites, drive in tent sites and powered sites for RV’s. The wash house is huge with nice showers and flush toilets and laundry facilities. Keep in mind dogs are welcome here so there can be a lot of barking depending on who’s visiting.

Report Check-InGreat campground. We’d go back. There a swimming pond, free showers, water, clean bathroom and plenty of privacy. Prices are great and it’s only 10 minutes from golden. We’d definitely choose this place over golden municipal. We didn’t need any hook ups so we only paid $15 dollars a night for what was essentially just a parking spot. Check-in and out times were super flexible.
