Local agradável e relativamente plano p motorhome, eu vi uma torneira c uma mangueira, embora não tenha usado água ainda, será minha primeira noite aqui.

Passamos três noites neste local e depois fomos informados pela Guarda de Trânsito que não se pode pernoitar aqui, fomos para o posto YPF na entrada da cidade.

We spent three nights in this place and then we were informed by the traffic guard that one can not stay stay here, we went to the Post YPF at the entrance of the city.

Police came and told us, we cant stay here. Or 2h if we eat at the restaurant. we were like 10 campervan maybe thats why and its Summer, they said, ypf at the entrance of the town its ok.

Certamente o melhor local para parar em El Calafate. Passamos aqui dez dias muito agradáveis.
É possível usar a internet do restaurante La Tablita.
Possui ponto de energia e água para uso dos motorhomes. Era o posto de informações de turismo que se mudou.

We spent 3 nights here, if you park closer to the road you can even sneak some of the open WiFi from Tablita. Water from the nearby tap (back of the building) was green so we preferred the natural water source instead. Great location, quick walk to town.

Nos quedamos acá una noche, arrendamos ducha en un camping cercano (valor 50 Arg p/p). Hay artas furgonetas al rededor, es tranquilo para dormir y hay wifi liberado.
En la mañana se escucha el ruido del tránsito vehicular.

A little loud but the wifi (kinda) reaches from the park and just an easy place to stop. No wind at all!!

Spend two nights here.
Good shelter.
Showers at the camping across the river are 150 ppp.

Nice place close to the city but very full, with cars and overlanders so not much privacy in case you need it :) offers some shelter from wind.

We stayed here for almost a week waiting for a lost passport. It has all you need and you wont get disturbed.

Absolutely great spot. We limped into this place on 3 cylinders and spent three nights tucked up in the corner fixing our van. No bother from anyone at all, great WiFi and bushes to pee behind. Walking distance to all the repuestos we needed and we eventually managed to leave!

This place is pretty wind sheltered. Our rig is 8m long and we fit because we could overhang over the little "fence" on the grass side of the lot. There were two free Wi-Fi signals when we were here. Cotecal required no sign in and worked better for downloads. Water tap was hooked to a hose/sprinkler while we were here watering the grass. It's located right before the sidewalk that goes up across the grass. Good cell reception too.

Quiet and wind sheltered. Used wifi from restaurant near by, just had to give facebook like. :) internet was bad during restaurant open hours, but way fast in the morning. Also close to kids playground.

We had a nice quiet evening sheltered spot with a couple of other rigs. Great for access to the town and the free WiFi from El Zorra cafe round the corner...the password is listed in the comments for the cafe

This place was the former tourist office. We stayed on the small parking areal in front.There is only limited space. If you drive on this place, there is a water tape to your left on the grass :-))
