Simple roadside hotel. Good secure parking, suitable for mid-sized rigs.
No WiFi, cold non-potable water. Barking dogs and several 0430h chickens. Lots of road noise. But when the sun is setting and you need to get yourself and the motorcycle off the road, it works.

Soles for a matrimonial with private bathroom. Moderate cold shower only, no Wifi, no TV, you can use the small swimming pool for an extra 10 Soles. They sell some cold drinks and also beer. No restaurant at site but close to it. Nice, clean, big and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Secure parking for cars and (motor-)bikes.
