I filled up the diesel fuel here and asked if they had water. He said there is a water spigot help yourself. There is a hose attached, plenty of room to pull in close if you have a shorter hose.
We carry 170 gallons, this is good water

I checked with the cashier and manager, and they said it's cool to fill up with water. But heads up, their hose has a hole. You'll find the spigot on the right side of the building.
